Placing
your order:
At this time we are accepting online
orders only. To place an order online:
· Select the Color you want
· Enter the Quantity - There is a minimum purchase of 25
· Enter the Text - Type exactly as you want it to appear (ie. Upper
and Lower Cases)
· We will center all
text and adjust size accordingly
· Check your text for typos
· Click the Add to Shopping Bag button
· Verify Quantity and check again for typos
· Proceed to Checkout
Can cards be used
for different occasions?
Yes. If you see
an announcement that you would like to use as an invitation or vice
versus, please send us an email so we can make sure that all of your
information will be able to fit on the selected card. What
formats can I submit my photo in and where should I send it?
We are not responsible for photos lost in the mail.
Photo Formats (We will return photos with completed orders):
· Send us a 4"x6" photo.
· Email us a photo and we will convert photo to black and white
(exception: 1st birthday).
·
Minimum
digital photo resolution is
1024 x 768 (180 dpi). We
can crop the photo slightly.

Why
don't we offer quantity discounts?
All of our cards and announcements are handmade and assembled with
precision and care. Because none of our products are mass produced,
we are unable to offer discounts. However, we do allow you to order
any quantity you need over 25. For example, if you need 27
announcements, you can order 27, whereas many companies would have
you order 50. If you still have questions, please feel free to drop

When
will your order ship?
If
you have ordered an announcement or invitation with a photo, we will send you a FREE proof via
email within
2 business days of placing your order (or receiving photos for cards with
photos). You may request an
additional proof or allow us to make changes and proceed with your
order. Once your proof is approved, you will receive another email
with an estimated ship date.
Orders generally ship within 7 business days after approval. If for some unforeseen
reason your order will not ship within this time frame, we will
notify you immediately via email.
Shipping
and Handling:
We ship only within the USA at this time. All orders ship via USPS
Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. When your order ships, we
will email you the USPS Delivery Confirmation tracking number.

Payment
and Billing:
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express and
eCheck through PayPal - instant, secure payments.
California Sales Tax (8.25%): We are required to collect sales tax
for all items, excluding shipping and handling.
Returns:
Due to the
personalization aspect of our products, we are unable to accept
returns or exchanges for any reason. |
